Joe Wardhaugh, Founder

Joe is a connection leader in the global energy industry. Combining expertise in talent solutions with his deep sector knowledge and network, he founded Arco Talent Group with the mission of aligning passion with purpose.

Prior to Arco, Joe led the talent acquisition department at a multi-billion-dollar global energy transition company, where he played a key role in facilitating over 500 hires during the company's fastest growth period yet. Over his career, Joe has partnered with investors, boards and CEOs to build energy companies from the ground up. He has extensive experience placing senior professionals at investment firms, law firms, and commodity trading companies, and has worked with leading developers, IOCs, utilities, and IPPs to staff mega-scale gas, LNG and utility-scale renewable power generation projects.

Having worked in Singapore, London, New York and Miami, he brings a global perspective and reach from his years advising executive leaders and changemakers in the energy industry.

Greg Stewart, Executive Advisor - Energy Transition

Greg has 17 years of experience developing and managing  complex renewable energy project portfolios. He has a proven track record of delivering enhanced revenue and profit objectives by leveraging an in-depth understanding of the complete project life cycle inclusive of development, construction, compliance and operations.

Greg is the CEO of Naviri Group, a Digital Transformation company focused on strategic program management and custom solutions for operating and optimizing enterprises, data strategies and workflows. Prior to Naviri, Greg worked at leading energy technology companies and IPPs, including Recurrent Energy and Power Factors.

At Arco, Greg provides strategic market advice and ensures the group is aware of the latest technology, trends, and industry developments. Having developed world-class renewable energy projects, Greg understands the importance of having a skilled, cohesive and motivated team in place. He supports senior technical and commercial searches and utilizes his deep sector expertise to ensure a robust technical screening and due diligence process.

Michael Yon, Executive Advisor - Sales, Training, and Development

Michael brings over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership within the medical device industry, having worked with both Fortune 500 companies and private equity-backed start-ups. Throughout his career, he has recruited, trained, and led nationally recognized teams, and is passionate about coaching and motivating high-performance organizations.

Previously, Michael led sales at EKOS Corporation, which was acquired by Boston Scientific Corp, where he oversaw sales across 21 U.S. states and the UK. Most recently, he spearheaded business development and professional relations at Thrombolex, a pioneering medical device start-up founded by industry veterans, including the former President of Johnson & Johnson.

At Arco, Michael supports senior executive searches in sales, marketing, and commercial functions. He has a deep understanding of the qualities that make for a successful candidate and knows how to ask the right questions. Additionally, he is responsible for driving internal training and development initiatives, as well as enhancing the overall customer experience.
